I grew up in Italy in a half-Iranian family and live in Germany.

I am fluent in German and English.

 

I graduated in Music and Theatre from the University of Bologna in 2010

and earned my acting degree from the Scuola di Teatro Alessandra Galante Garrone in 2013.

Since 2010 I have worked as an assistant director in many theatre and opera productions

and since 2014, I have been involved in several projects as stage director and actress with

both the Officina Dei Tratti company and the Orchestra Senzaspine in Bologna.

 

With the latter, I directed in 2017 the opera L'elisir d'amore by G. Donizetti, at Teatro

Duse in Bologna. Other production with Senzaspine: Carnival (2015), Abracadabra (2014)

and Ouverture (2014) symphonic shows with actors and singers at Teatro Duse in Bologna.

 

In 2014 I staged Stravinsky’s Histoire du Soldat and our work won two awards:

OFFerta Creativa 2014 by Teatrinrete and “La leva del ’99” (2015) in Modena.

 

In February 2016 the project Digito ergo sum won the prize “Giovani Talenti Creativi” in

San Lazzaro (Bo). I played and wrote this tragic-comedy as co-author with Cecilia Lorenzetti.

The debut was at the International Theatre Festival Teen Fest in Bucarest and at the National

Theatre ERT Arena del Sole (Bologna, season 2017).

 

Since 20218 I work in Germany and in January 2020 I was finalist as young stage director

at the international contest The European Opera Prize EOP11th in Poznan (Poland).

 

My last staging works were created for a young audience:

 

Mina oder die Reise zum Meer at Staatstheater Darmstadt and

Nils Karlsson Däumling at Badisches Theater Karlsruhe.

 

My next commitment will be for the Musiktheater production:

Die Königin der Frösche at Hessisches Staatstheater Wiesbaden 2025/26.
